Having had multiple side hustles myself, I recognized the need for high-quality legal representation that is accessible and affordable. These entrepreneurs deserve a personal touch that doesn't break the bank, which inspired me to start SideHustle.Law.

Recently, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) implemented a new rule that requires foreign-domiciled trademark applicants, registrants, and parties to be represented by a licensed U.S. attorney. This means that if you are a founder living abroad and wish to secure your trademarks in the U.S., you need U.S. representation. This expansion will enable more entrepreneurs to protect their brands and innovations, ensuring their businesses thrive in a competitive market.
